Shipping Policy

<h3>Order processing</h3>
<p>Once your order is placed, our team needs 1–2 business days to prepare it for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.</p>

<h3>Shipping rates and delivery estimates</h3>
<ul>
<li>Orders over $49.99 ship free.</li>
<li>Orders under $49.99 ship for a flat rate of $6.99.</li>
<li>Estimated delivery time is up to 14 business days from the date your order ships, depending on the warehouse your items ship from and your destination.</li>
</ul>
<p>Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, weather, or carrier delays outside our control.</p>

<h3>Order tracking</h3>
<p>You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status any time on our <a href="/pages/track-order">Track Order</a> page.</p>

<h3>International orders</h3>
<p>If we ship to your country, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your local government are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.</p>

<h3>Lost, delayed, or damaged packages</h3>
<p>If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, contact us at thanhnd0905@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out — including a replacement or refund where appropriate.</p>

<h3>Address changes</h3>
<p>If you need to correct a shipping address, email us at thanhnd0905@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We can't guarantee a change once an order has entered processing or shipped.</p>
